Full Vehicle Servicing

Dealer-quality servicing on manufacturer intervals, with genuine parts and a full digital service record — for every major brand on the road.

Servicing done the right way

A service is not just an oil change. Done properly, it's the difference between an engine that lasts 300,000 miles and one that doesn't. We follow each manufacturer's exact service schedule — Mercedes ASSYST PLUS, BMW Condition-Based Service, VW Long Life or Fixed intervals, Porsche schedule — and we only fit parts that match or exceed OEM quality.

Every service is logged against your VIN in the car's own service memory (where supported) and you receive a full printed report of the work carried out, the parts used, and anything flagged for the next visit.

Based just off the M4 in the Slough / Iver SL0 area, we serve drivers across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and West London — including Langley, Windsor, Staines, Uxbridge and Maidenhead.

What a service actually includes

A proper interim or major service covers far more than oil and a filter. We carry out a full vehicle health check, a brake inspection, a suspension check, a battery test, a tyre condition report and a fluid check on every service. Anything we find gets photographed and flagged on the report — you decide what to do about it, not us.

Genuine and OEM parts only

We don't fit cheap parts. For oil filters, air filters, brake discs, pads, plugs and fluids we use the manufacturer-specified grade or a direct OEM equivalent. On Mercedes we use MB genuine oils and filters; on BMW, BMW TwinPower oils; on Porsche, Porsche-approved lubricants. This is not where we save money.

  • Manufacturer-spec oil and filter (Mercedes, BMW, VW, Porsche, Audi)
  • Air filter, cabin filter, fuel filter (where applicable)
  • Spark plugs on schedule
  • Brake fluid change on schedule
  • Full brake inspection with measurements
  • Suspension, steering and tyre report
  • Digital service record entry where supported
  • Written report with photos of any advisories

Symptoms we see

If any of these match your car, this is the service for you. Book a diagnostic and we’ll confirm the fault in writing before touching anything.

  • Service indicator on
  • Service history gap that needs closing
  • Used-car purchase needing a full check
  • Annual service due on an AMG / M / RS car
  • Want a dealer-quality service at a fair price
  • Digital service record needs an entry
Our process

How we run this job.

Every service follows the same disciplined sequence. No steps skipped, no surprises on the final bill.

  1. STEP 0115 min

    VIN check + history review

We pull the car's service history from the dealer tool (ASSYST PLUS / CBS / Long Life), check manufacturer recall status and confirm the required service level.

  2. STEP 0230 min

    Vehicle health inspection

Full lift inspection — brakes, suspension, tyres, underside, exhaust, fluids, leaks. Photos of anything flagged. You see the report before any extra work is quoted.

  3. STEP 031.5–3 hours

    Service work

Oil, filters, plugs, fluids — all to the manufacturer schedule with genuine or OEM-grade parts. Torque-to-spec on every fastener.

  4. STEP 0415 min

    Adaptations + record

Service interval reset via the dealer tool, service record written to the VIN, adaptation resets carried out where needed.

  5. STEP 0510 min

    Handover

Written service report with photos of any advisories, parts receipts where relevant, and a clear plan for the next service.

Before you book

What to bring

A quick checklist to make your visit run smoothly. Nothing fancy — just the things that save time at drop-off.

  • V5C and service booklet (if you have a physical one)
  • Any recent invoices showing previous work
  • Note if there's anything specific you want us to check
  • Leave the fuel level above quarter for road testing
  • Plan for half a day on a standard service
  • Let us know at booking if you need a courtesy car

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Will servicing with you affect my manufacturer warranty?

No. UK and EU law (Block Exemption) protects your right to use an independent garage without losing the manufacturer warranty, provided the service follows the manufacturer's schedule and uses parts of matching quality. We do both.

Do you use genuine oil?

Yes. We use manufacturer-approved oils — Mercedes MB-Approval grades, BMW TwinPower / LL-04, Porsche C20/C30/C40, VW 504/507 — exactly as the service schedule demands. Oil is not a place to save money on a modern performance car.

Can you log the service against my car's digital record?

Yes, where the car supports it. Mercedes ASSYST PLUS, BMW CBS and most VW Group platforms allow independent garages with the correct tools to write service events into the car's memory. We have the tools and we do this on every service.

How much does a service cost?

It depends on the car and the service interval. Interim services for a typical 3-series or C-class start around £195 + VAT; a major service with brake fluid and plugs for a larger AMG or M car is typically £350–£500 + VAT. We always give a fixed quote before booking.

Can you do the service while I wait?

For interim services, usually yes — they're 90 minutes to 2 hours. Major services are typically 3–5 hours. We'll tell you exactly at booking and we can offer a courtesy car on some days if you need one.

Do you service older cars out of manufacturer warranty?

Yes — that's often where we add the most value. Once a car is past warranty, dealer rates start to feel punitive for what's usually straightforward work. We service older Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW and Porsche models to the same dealer-level standard at a materially lower hourly rate.

What's your service hourly rate?

Our current labour rate is posted inside the workshop and on the quote. It's well under main-dealer rates for equivalent work and bang-in-line with other specialist independents in the Berkshire / West London area. We never hide it — every quote itemises labour hours separately from parts.

Do you offer courtesy cars?

On some days, yes — we have a small fleet of courtesy cars available on a first-come basis. If you need one, mention it at booking and we'll confirm availability for your slot. For longer jobs (rebuilds, major repair) we can also arrange a local hire car through a partner firm.
